Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is always free for subscribers. For all other orders shipping is a flat $4.99.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within the same day. Expected delivery is 3-5 business days via USPS.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

What is your return/refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and provide refunds after orders are shipped. If you are a subscriber, you can make changes to your recurring shipments in your account portal and cancel at any time.

Can I change an upcoming refill order?

You bet. Just sign in to your account and you can change the type of toothpaste, your shipping frequency, and your shipping date. Or we can do it for you, contact us at support@betterandbetter.com.

How can I cancel my order?

Please email us ASAP at support@betterandbetter.com. We will do our best to cancel, but they ship quickly so it may not be possible. If you are looking to cancel your subscription, log into your account, view your subscription and cancel.

What is better about your toothpaste?

First, it's better for you. We've eliminated the decades-old synthetics, the gunk and the junk, and artificial flavors, preservatives, and colors. Instead, we use premium, natural, and organic ingredients that you can actually pronounce. Shall we go on? We have no SLS, no gluten, no GMO's, no parabens... check out our "no list" on our ingredients page. We're also vegan, certified cruelty-free, and EWG verified. Second, our toothpaste is better for the planet: our tubes are made from natural sugarcane, and are recyclable.

Not today. All of our toothpastes are fluoride-free.

Is your toothpaste tested on animals?

Nope. We are cruelty-free and certified by Leaping Bunny.

Where is Better & Better toothpaste made?

Our toothpaste is made in the USA with globally sourced premium ingredients.

What does your toothpaste taste like?

We call it "Fresh Mint." It's a soft mint made from a combination of USDA certified organic spearmint, organic peppermint, and organic menthol.

How much toothpaste is in one tube?

Each Better & Better toothpaste pouch contains 3.4 oz (96.4g) of toothpaste. That means even the full size is TSA-compliant.

Can I buy a single toothpaste tube?

The environmental impacts of shipping a single tube of toothpaste are too great. That said, we do offer single tubes on Amazon, so you can add it to your cart when you're restocking on other essentials. Fewer individually packed items = happier planet.. Why are there vitamins? How are they absorbed?

Backed by science, we believe there are better ways to take your vitamins. The vitamins in our toothpaste are absorbed directly through the mouth, gums, and tongue simply through regular brushing. What are the toothbrush bristles made of?

The bristles on both of our toothbrush types (manual and sonic) are plant-based, zero plastic nylon from castor-bean oil.
