Better & Better strives to process, fulfill, and ship all orders quickly. Order processing time on average is 1-2 business days with order shipping and delivery in 3-5 business days.

We currently ship U.S. only. Orders ship to Hawaii or Alaska may take an additional 1-2 business.


Once an order has been submitted we move to fulfill it quickly, so any adjustments to the order including, but not limited to cancellations, product adjustments, or address changes may not be possible. Once an order as been fulfilled and shipped it cannot be cancelled or modified in any manner.

If you would like to request a cancellation or modification, please contact Better & Better Support at support@betterandbetter.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Note: If you are making a request related to a recurring subscription order (a refill), please do so 2-3 business days in advance when you receive our notification of "your upcoming shipment."


Better & Better products are consumables and all sales are final. If your product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturer issue, please reach out to our customer support team directly at support@betterandbetter.com.



The Better & Better Bamboo Sonic Toothbrush comes with a six (6) month protection plan from the purchase date against manufacturer malfunction. Better & Better Members / Subscribers with an ACTIVE Sonic subscription (Bamboo Sonic Replacement Heads) receive an extended protection plan for up to 2 years beyond the purchase date as long as the subscription is active at the time of submitting a claim. In the event of a Bamboo Sonic Toothbrush malfunction, please contact our support team at support@betterandbetter.com so we can assist.


By subscribing to our products you automatically agree that your subscription will have a recurring charge at the interval you have selected and authorize Better & Better Co. to charge your payment provider at the beginning of your subscription period. 

Subscription Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and cancellation will apply to the next upcoming recurring charge and order. It is the customers' responsibility to cancel their subscription via your account or contact our support team to assist you at support@betterandbetter.com.

If you cancel after a recurring change has occurred, please note that we are unable to cancel or issue a refund any outstanding purchases with your subscription.
